How often will it be published?
The issues will be
monthly and other than January, the publication dates are TBA at the moment.
How can a business/organization advertise?
We have different
advertising opportunities to fit the budget of our clients. The sizes include:
Post-Its | $200
Three to four
full-pages in each section are designated for Post-Its. In each page, we will
collage 5-7 products or services our local business offer. The picture will
have a tag along that will have the name of the product, the price, a small
description, the business name, and a website or phone number so the
Post-It always tie back to the business.
The goal of these pages is to showcase the products and services local
businesses offer at the comfort of the reader’s home or place of choosing.
Horizontal Banner |
$325
Vertical Banner | $350
Both banners will be
strategically and graphically placed in pages with reading content. The goal of
these ads is to catch the reader’s attention while they are browsing through
the body text of a page.
Half Page | $380
This type of ad will
be available for a limited time only (six to twelve months). We split the pages
in half in order to cater to businesses with a lower budget for advertising.
Full Page | $700
This type of ad will
tag along with content pages throughout the different sections and so the
advertiser will have the pleasure to choose what page they would like to tag
along with to have exposure to the desired market.
Table of Contents Full
Page | $800
The table of contents
by nature is the most visited page in the magazine. The magazine will not have
many headlines in the front cover (to keep the visual clean), and so the reader
will be compelled to browse the table of contents.
Full Spread | $1100
This type of ad is
made to fully maximize the exposure of the business. The advertiser will have
two full pages for his ad. These pages are spread throughout the magazine
allowing the advertiser exposure inside and outside of the different sections.
Back Cover | $1750
Second to the front
cover, the back cover is the type of advertisement that will always be seen at
all times. Whether the magazine is open or closed, the business will still have
exposure at all times.
Front Cover | $2000
The front cover is
usually chosen by The Avenue Magazine team because it introduces the main
feature story of the month. However, if an advertiser was to purchase the front
cover, the design must be worked out by both the Visuals and Graphic Director
of The Avenue Magazine and the advertiser.
Ad Design | $100
We encourage
advertisers to use this service to be able to get the best Visuals and Graphics
to maximize exposure. Service includes a photo shoot and the making of the ad.
Illustrations and design will be shared with the advertiser to use for any
other marketing they may need.

What kind of content can we expect to see?
The magazine is not
intended to be an ad flip book. The ad to content ratio is one to three (1:3).
There will be different sections throughout the magazine to be able to cover
the wide spectrum of businesses Glendora offers:
Introductory
Fashion
Health and Beauty
Fitness
Food and Beverages
Miscellaneous
Social
Reading (features and editorials)
Do you accept contributor articles/photos?
Yes we do.
Anything else you would like the readers to
know?
Help us spread the
word! Locals do not know all of the incredible businesses, residents, and
community we have and we want to share that with the Glendora community. We are
looking to promote growth in the city by encouraging residents and locals to
shop in our local businesses. We have had all our share of struggles with the
development of our businesses and community and we want to see Glendora and her
residents prosper as a community as a whole.
